1. Controller

The controller of your personal data is GRAS Sp. z o.o., ul. Wojciechowska 5A/15, 20-704 Lublin, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 7123445097, KRS 0001003051. For data protection matters, write to support@involta.eu.

2. What we collect

When you order: name, e-mail address, phone, delivery address, the chosen parcel locker and, for a company invoice, the company name, tax ID and company address.
When you contact us: the details you give in the form or message.
Technical data the shop needs to work (for example the cart identifier in a cookie).

3. Purposes and legal bases

Concluding and performing the sales contract, delivery and payment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Invoicing and the accounting the law requires (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Handling complaints and withdrawals, pursuing claims, keeping the shop secure and answering messages (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Recipients

We share data only with those who help us fulfil the order:

Paynow (mBank S.A.): online payments;
InPost and the courier company: delivery;
the provider of the servers in the European Union that run the shop;
the provider of our order and invoicing system (BaseLinker, once we start using it);
the e-mail delivery provider (Resend), once we start sending order e-mails.

5. How long we keep data

Order data for the period required by tax law (5 years from the end of the year the document was issued) and until claims expire.
Contact form messages until the matter is closed, then for up to a year.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also complain to the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).

7. Cookies

Necessary cookies: cart, chosen language, confirmation of a placed order. The shop does not work without them.
Analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta) will run only after you consent in the cookie banner. Until then we do not use them.
